I have had them on my car for the past decade. They work great. My car is (was) a daily driver. If I had a problem bottoming out over speed bumps, you "up" the front shocks by 1 number. If you have a problem hauling heavy loads (engine parts or transmissions in the back) and bottoming out over small bumps,or potholes in a bad road, then you "up" the rear shocks by 2-3 numbers and problem solved. When you go drag racing, set the right rear shock 1-3 numbers stiffer than the left rear shock to prevent wheel hop and/or to plant the right rear tire better. Then soften them back up to 1 or 2 for daily driving.
They also have a lifetime warranty. Bought mine through Summit a while back. They are not too stiff, you can actually set them too soft in my opinion. My car has Eibach sport lowering springs on it. Factory '90 GT front and rear anti-sway bars as well.
