What is this block out off? and is it the right one for my plans?

i bought a 351 block i know its a roller but im just curious wat it came off and if it would be a good candidate for a 408 stroker and whats the difference from a lightning block?

ive only seen one number and its on the lifter valley
its says 351 WCP-8 and then the ford emblem

any help would be great

Woody obviously nailed it, but for future reference, look under the ear for the starter (i.e. by the #4 cylinder) for the casting number.
