Get the 75mm and be done with it, Not going to matter to much.

 

get a Accufab. and be done. The quality is much much better. Yes they are more money. But you get what you pay for.

 

bbk is gonna whistle and drive you crazy! this can be fixed with a little dremel time but you void the warranty when doing it. I absolutely hated my bbk until I dremeled out the iac ports but I have to question if it was worth the money I spent since I had to work on it before it performed properly.

 

one is 75MM, one is 70MM- not much difference. SR is a house brand. BBK 70MM all whistle, mine included unless you smooth out the IAC holes or add an adjuster

I'd say 14.8% is a bit of difference. Now, whether OP needs that difference, that's a different matter.

 

I was running a Summit Racing 75mm TB on my old '95 GT for 6 years and I was very happy with it. Very good value for money and very good quality product. I'd definitely recommend it.

Just wondering what other mods you have, I have a stock heads/block with just a cai and long-tube headers, and am curious if I upgraded these two parts if I'd see a gain before adding heads, intake, cam, etc.

 

If you guys are running stock heads and intake then you guys should leave tb alone untill you get better head what's point of have tb that give you more air if head restrict the air.

 

Thank you for the feedback. The reason that I posted the question, I was told that I should think about changing my TB because I just put on BBK unequal shorty headers, Pypes X-pipe and cat-back.
