I know there are on there for a reason but do alot of people remove them and leave them off? If so does it hurt performance. If I can't remove them, I have to replace them. Anyone know the best place to pick up a set at a good price.?
Why not just snag a pair of Factory Motorcraft ones from PPI?sweet03cobra said:Does anyone have pictures of after market quad shocks on there car. The look like they are thicker and would cause for less rim clearance?
Duh, that's what I called it.sweet03cobra said:It says that part # is for a steering damper?
Yes, it's mis-labeled. Trust me, it's the quad shock, I've bought and used several sets of them, they're the direct factory replacement down to the dust cover nobody else puts on them.sweet03cobra said:It says that part # is for a steering damper?
You can get Koni ones, but for all these things do and for how much the Koni's cost you'd be more than halfway to a quality set of LCA's.sweet03cobra said:What do they charge for the stock ones? I was just curious if there are some better performance ones out there?
My bad, sorry to bother you!huesmann said:Duh, that's what I called it.
