My motor just dies

I have a problem with 351 2v clevelend just dieing on me when I drive. The car has 128,000 original miles and it runs strong but now it keeps dieing on me. It's not the carb cuz I had that rebuilt and the fuel pump is still pumping and I also changed the rotor and cap but I still can't find the problem.

Any help would be nice.

Have you checked to see if it is fuel or spark you are loosing? restart right away? have to let it sit? How long will it run?
If your loosing fuel, check the "sock" on the pickup in the tank.

i agre with big block notch, you need to know what you are not getting, fuel or spark, then go from there, sometimes when a coil gose bad it will stop working when it gets hot then when it cools of away you go.

The car starts right up after it shuts off and it's after I fill the tank up to f in gas. I have the pertronix in the distributer and that's good for life but I see think it the fuel pump.
