It should be fine. Waiting that long between clear coats, greatly increases the chances of getting lots of dust/dirt in the paint.

You can also run into spray sensativity issues in the clear if the harder/catalist kicks before the last coat. When this happens, the lower layers of the clear will curdle like the is stipper on them as they are recoated with clear. If you don't see this, it didn't happen to you. It has happened to me a couple of times and it sucks since you need to strip almost everything to fix it.

You have nothing to worry about!
Flash times are very temperature and humidity driven. Most bases and clears can be re coated up to 24 hours without sanding.Slowing down and letting your coats flash off properly will help alleviate trapping solvents. When you pile coats on too fast you get solvent pop (small craters) in clear.
I have sprayed base and stopped for the day and the next morning finished the job with clear.

ALWAYS READ THE P-SHEETS FOR THE PAINT YOUR USING.

Dot to this.
Most pros base, then go to lunch, not clearing the car until later that afternoon.
An hour between base coats isn't a problem either.

I'm so funny about avoiding solvent pop and swelling sand scratches, that I'll let 2K bake in the sun for two days, then block again to get the swollen/sunk sand scrathes out, before finish coats. I also extend flash times between base and clear to aviod trapping solvents.
Sealing solvents is a problem, what you did isn't.
Don't worry about a thing!!!!!
