Ford replacement vs Ford Racing PI intake manifold

Quick question I can't seem to find answer.
Looking to replace an older all plastic PI intake manifold. Have found auto parts store no name replacement, Dorman, Ford recall/service replacement, Ford Racing, and couple aftermarket versions.

Have available to me at the moment:
Ford 1W7Z-9424-AA Intake Manifold (typically found in some Ford service kits such as 1R3Z-9424-AAA)
or
Ford Racing M-9424-P46

There is a $100-$200 difference between these 2 options. Does anyone know if there is any difference in design or parts in kit or which one to choose? Perhaps the Ford service version has been discontinued, although they look to be stock online at some dealers?

I put the ford racing PI intake on my 2003 town car. I did not call the parts department. I ended up getting it from Amazon. I was thinking it was cheaper than the Ford part? The only difference was the replacement did not have the insolation / sound deadening under the intake.

Currently doing an engine in my Crown Vic and was going to use a Dorman intake but the amount of plastic flashing on it and when we sat it on the heads it didnt sit flat. Would have more than likely once bolted down but I already had the Ford Racing one sitting on the shelf. My cost for the Dorman one was 40 bucks cheaper but I'm already a couple grand in on this thing lol.
I know they are both plastic but the Ford Racing one just seems high quality.
