Im getting some oil in my intake due to the crappy pcv valve oil baffle design. Anyone had this problem and is there a fix?

You also need to have your valve cover to TB vent hooked up, and have your filler hole baffled as well. That makes it just like the stock setup that Ford designed, and you "shouldn't" have any problems.

ETA: Make sure your screen is still in the PCV hole. And its clean. New PCV, too. You really shouldn't have problems.

I am having this issue in my 351/GT40 equipped truck. The engine is fresh and good, so are the heads. I am definitely pulling oil into the upper intake through the pcv. It is new, Ford, and I have the screen piece under it.

I purchased the intake new but used. It had never been installed on anything. Does anyone know if the 5.8 GT40 lower intakes came with a baffle under the pcv over the counter? I hate to remove it for "nothing" but need to resolve this issue. I will read the other links provided but would appreciate anyone's help on this issue.

The engine in my truck is relatively warm, but mild compared to the car engines on here. It is in a sometimes daily driven 4X4 that just wanted/needed more power.

thanks for the help
