I currently have a FMS X-cam. The car is built for nitrous, but I want a more aggressive sounding cam, something that is just plain sick. The car had a PTC 3500 Stall converter. Please help!

I have many threads that people have forwarded to me where Jim and his band of lemmings slander me a great length. Just one of them was quoted above. There are also many other BS threads and incorrect comments posted but that's what is expected over there. I also have read posts where people like gmkillr make threats towards other people and lie through their teeth about issues, yet Jim allows it to run rampant. You know this is not allowed at HC50, the "real" Ford specific tech site, so why does if fester over there? Because it's good business.
While people like yourself, Outlaw and quite a few other try to bring stability and real tech to that site, the noise makers always manage to drag it down. This thread is a perfect example. WTF does Trickcat gain by by posting his lies other than a pat on the back from his cronies?
Trickcat, gmkillr, Joel and the rest, if it's so good over with Jim, then stay there and don't ruin this place. After all, the same noise makers are always downing the Corral and touting how great they are over there, well then, stay there! It's not a hard choice. Remain where you are allowed to act up like little school girls and don't come over here.
As for you Joel, you are far from innocent. I have had some of your garbage sent to me. Maybe you've forgotten what you've said but others haven't. Remember, there are a lot of people who have seen what you and your buddies have posted and they're pretty good about passing it on.
One more thing before I just "unsubscribe" to this lost cause...
To make fun of this guy because he's looking for a certain "sound" is the ultimate sign of an "elitist attitude" and lack of class. Every enthusiast is different. I have many Cobra kit car customers that look for a particular "sound" when they ask for a camshaft. They aren't interested in dyno or track numbers. Most are very wealthy middle-aged enthusiasts that cruise around in their Cobra or Daytona, without any regard for the HP they produce. The same holds true for the "cloned" Shelby GT350 and street rod guys I work with. They have much different requirements than the racer and to cut them off at the knees is just more childish behavior. So far, none have complained and unlike a lot of younger Mustang owners, they don't have a tight wallet.

SBFTECH equals an Anti-Ed board, which is ridiculous.
Now, on to Jay...
You just have to type in his name and search for Ed Curtis and you will see.
A little friendly bickering is what many do in this business, and Ed is in it as well.
It is all to support one side or the other.
I think they all do a great job, Ed and Jay at doing what they do, but I believe the followers of Mr. Allen are quite the extremist. GMkiller, trickcat, mmb, 1sfastford, grabem88, etc, etc. They all frequent sbftech and BASH THE CORRAL ANY CHANCE THEY GET.
So let us move on to CORRAL BASHING...
Anyone can do a search on the above guys mentioned and see how many times they bash the corral on the other site and over half of them frequent this site and pollute it.
As Ed Curtis said, if you do not like it, LEAVE THE SITE. Trust me, it will go on without guys like gmkillr, mmb, trickcat, etc.
Joel5.0 is very helpful.
I think Jay Allen could do a better job of trying to regulate some of the immature customers he has. But other than that, he knows what he is doing without a doubt. He needs to let his reputation proceed him, and not the select few customers of his.

What I'm saying is, when you think your getting a custom cam , it could be nothing more than a existing cam for another brand of engine ground on a core that fits in your motor.What do you want?.....A cam that WORKS or a cam that nobody else has the same numbers?
The grind I got was for 327 -350 sbc w/2 bbl carb and cast iron intake.

Whenever you build a car and do something with it maybe people will respect your opinion. Until then your word really does mean squat and nobody will respect you until you actuall do something in the real world, not the internet. You have never accomplished anything beside copy and pasting on the internet and for that you get a nice plate of choclate chip cookies and a glass of milk from your mom before you go to bed.

You sit on a computer all year long and copy & paste info from all of the forums you frequent, and post it as info that you actually learned from your own experiences, when in fact you have no FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE!!! Its extremly easy to see that your a wanna-be racer.
