did you remove the rubber bushing from the cable where it mounts to the firewall? I never had a problem using the same set up.

 

Make sure you hook it up top first then proceed to the bottom on clutch fork coming out of the tranny....

 

Bushing is gone and I hooked it up top first. I have managed to get about 1200 miles out of it total. Thanks for the input.

 

I have an FRPP non-adjustable cable and new fork for sale, Both are brand new but I used it for mockup before realizing it was too short due to my engine being setback.

Just finished installing the FACTORY CLUTCH CABLE, FIORE ADJUSTER and kept my UPR QUAD on a Spec Stage III and have NEVER in 8 years of driving been so happy. I had an AOD swap straight into a Tremec w/a Ram clutch, so I never experienced a factory clutch, but let me tell you this feels better then any set up I've ever had in the car. BEST firewall adjuster is by far the FIORE, which I picked up from Atomic Performance (he is on the site). Now I know why they charge $130.00 for the FACTORY CLUTCH CABLE. IT'S WELL WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

94-95 cable worked fine. Clutch feels good now. Thanks to everyone for the replys.
