Says it all in the title. Have some Focal compontents to install and I would like to put the tweeter in the Mach 460 mirror mount housing. Will this work? Thanks

Will my Focal tweeters fit in a Mach 460 tweeter housing?

What size are they? If they're smaller than 2.5" they should fit, although you'll have to fab up some kind of bracket.
All I'm talking about is the tweeters, which I believe are 1". I want to put them in the mirror mount Mach 460. Are you saying that I can put a 2.5" tweeter in the mirror mount? Thanks for your help.

Make yourself a bracket out of ABS (or something similar). I made mine out of a piece of thick (1/16) plastic and a dremel. Took about 4 minutes each.
I turned the old tweeter upside down on my material and traced the outline on my bracket material. I marked the screw holes as well.
Now, cut a hole out of the center so you can use the flush mount - press it in the bracket and screw the bracket in the existing mounting holes.
You're done - and with the snap-in flush mount, you can swivel the focal tweeters for the desired output level.
