i have seen that kit before, advertised in magazines and such....basically all you should need is your maf, your computer and that harness........i have everything i need to convert my 88 gt to mass air, cept for the harness.....my own opinion though, is that i will wait and find a full wiring harness........instead of taking a chance with that harness, cause you still need to connect all your sensors along with 02 sensors.............hotwheels

Ummmm now I am even more confused due to what seem to be conficts in your statements above.

To me, the harness looks like it just splices the MAF into you harness. Whats up with "connecting all you sensors and O2s" ?

 

I have done two Mass Air conversions using that harness. Very easy and complete.

All you would need after buying that harness is the MAF meter, a computer and whatever air intake induction setup you choose.

The kit comes with a 4-whire MAF harness and 3 additional wires. You simply snake the 4-wire harness through the firewall down to the computer, then the detailed instructions tell you to tap the red and black wires into the computer power and ground and then tell you where to put the other two pins.

Then you need to swap around a few other pins. The instructions tell you where

finally, with the 3 wires, you need to tap into the fuel pump relay under the seat, and the VSS sensor on the trans. Again, all in the instructions. Just go to radio shack and pick up some of those quick wire connectors.

I like these kits. It makes the conversion very easy and cheap to accomplish.
