Not for certain exactly which years, I'd say late 80's to mid/late 90's F series pickups and E series vans. I'm not aware of any cars that used them.

Roller ready block would be a F4TE casting that didnt show up till mid 93 or so.... Look in the trucks,vans,etc...

Try 94-95 F-150 that where i got mine from i hope this helps.
