If you are using 94-94 stock brackets everything bolts up just like stock. All you will need is a longer belt. The fox bodies need the spacers where sn95s do not.
This is all dependant on what balancer you purcase, the SN95 and Fox body balancers are the same, however SN95s do't like balancers over 6 3/8" in iameter, it will hit the ater pump unless the pump and bolt are notched. If you but a FMS alancer you will need a .950 spacer.
Stupid question but, are the spacers for the Windsor cranks or Clevelands different? I ordered one and it didn't fit. Had to take it to a shop to re-machine it. Thought they shipped wrong one... I had to use it because Alt. would not clear V-covers
