1) How are we going to get participants?
2) How will we get people into the campground for said contest?
3) We will need water
4) We will need a stage
5) We will need music

Would it be better to find a bar that will let us host this?

IMO camp is the only way to go. We don't want people drinking and driving. And they will be drinking.

Please submit an event to be added to the W. KY Univ calendar about Corral Day, with a special mention about the Wet T contest.

I've considered putting out a Craig's list ad, where I'd screen candidates but it might be cooler for chicks to have a chick doing the screening, but someone suggested that wasn't a good idea. One of our sponsors attending said his wife (g/f?) might participate. The one prospect I had from last year is out, so all I can offer is water.

Music is easy - someone's iPod with amp system, we've already reserved a camp space both nights, I'm sure one of the guys would give up their trailer for a stage.

Getting them into camp - we'll work that out. We've never had trouble walking in like we owned the place and I suspect we'd find plenty of guys to put at the entrance to escort ladies to the appropriate site.

Kocky's sending shirts to the track, Bishop verified that yesterday.

I think we should have it at the track, down by the starting line, after/during the Burnout contest.

1) A crowd will be gathered
2) Water will be available (and cold, too  )
3) P.A. system is available
4) It isn't at the campground, where we have to (or should be) concerned of what shred of a family atmosphere will remain for non-CD campers
5) It won't be offsite where we'll need to worry about gathering a crowd and taking the time to do it.

And I wouldn't go ape#### over finding participants...I'd challenge the CD attendees to BTOB (bring their own boobs).

Simple, contained, and on-site at the event. Easy!

Fair enough. Just want to make sure it adds to the event rather than takes away from it and the more we involve off-grounds activity/people the more chance it'll take away.

I'm pleased to put that craig's list ad out, with a screening feature. But we still need prizes.

At this point, I'd just put the kibosh on it from an official standpoint and simply see what gets exposed...er...develops. Craigslist scares me even more than the basic logistics. You'll have 400-lb men with moobs, trannies, and crack whores showing up.
