I would recommend finding a good scale shop, like a circle track shop, pro drag shop, etc. find somebody with a four scale dedicated suspension set up. If you ask 5 different guys you will get 6 different answers, we scale and set up suspensions all the time and we have scaled vehicles that was the same year exact same options, etc. and always got different weights. You will most likely waste your time on a truck (large plate type) scale.

My 94 Cobra weighed around 3350ish. No mach stereo or leather. No aluminum heads either. Dont quote me on it cuz this was 10 years ago but I know it was around this

 

my 95 cobra weighed 3450# with leather, mach 460,all stock component's etc..

 

the title on my car says 3280. at the track i put it on the scale and got 3330 lbs with 1/2 a take of gas and nitrous (bottle full was 25lbs itself)

I have aluminum heads and no cats or smog on my car so i have some weight saving.

also my car is a 95 gt coupe, cloth, 5speed, full interior, 17in 99gt wheels

 

Mine weighed in at 3420lb with a full gas tank when it was bone stock. Full leather interior and power options.
Bikeboy, if you add 1/2 a tank of gas (48lb) plus 42lb for iron heads plus 20lb from your other weight savings (cats & smog), and subtract 25lb for your nitrous bottle, your GT's weight would also come to 3420lb.

 

my car was not leather like yours. also I had a tape player from teh factory in my car, not a CD player and not the MACH system with the amps. also i had my spare tire adn jack removed. believe me the scale at the track don't lie, mine at that time weighed 3330. maybe i had a 1/3 a tank of gas not a 1/2 but thats what it was

 

95gt, al heads, rear seat delete, tube k-member/a-arms, coilovers, 1/2 tank w/o me, 3120. Probably drop 30lbs if I removed the spare/jack.

 

My 94gt weighed 3243, with no rear seats.

 

3810 lbs. 95 gt, 6pt. cage, stereo system, 210 me, half tank fuel, 95 cbra r wheels, no rear seat, no rear seatbelts, no rear interior, no power options(windows,doors,trunk release), cloth seats, stock 5.0, t5 ,8.8 rear
