I have a waterpump leak. I Just installed http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=FEL-35211&autoview=sku this gasket and now have a leak on the drivers side bottom bolt. I tried to add coolant and it slowly leaked out from this area. I squeezed the lower radatior hose and I can see the coolant leaking from this bolt as well as an air leak noise. I want to do this right this time since it is a pain to remove the blower. Thanks

Have you put in a standard rotation pump to replace a reverse rotation one? If you did, use the gasket for a reverse rotation pump. I did this for my 89 GT and the gasket that came with the standard pump leaked. Also, there was a small hole in the timing cover on the drivers side that was threaded and I plugged it with a set screw.

You have a leak between the pump and backing plate. Best way to prevent this is to remove the plate from the pump and smear sealant on both sides of the backing plate gasket before installing the pump. Some pumps even instruct u to do this in the instructions
