Finally Getting mine to the track for some testing--
Been to the track 4 times- 2 passes ea on the 1st 3 times because i was always breaking something! Have broke old blower brace bolt, starter, new powerglide etc-- has sucked....
Yesterday finally got some decent hits- its getting there but still way off.. Car rides in the converter for 2.3sec in low gear- then shift to high gear and it gains 200-300rpm for 2 seconds.. gonna have to get converter fixed... The tune has changed since we got the trans fixed- its lean in low gear until 6900 then goes pure fat- XFi is correcting 25%- bout got my VE table maxed- in high gear its getting closer- its taking a little fuel but good on AF--- this converter is putting a hell of a load on the motor and wanting a ton of fuel now!!!????????

The car needs to run 5.80 to compete in the local class but i think it has a 60-70 with the right converter- i also hava 2.85 and 2.75 pulley i can drop down to..
