well, I was doing a 2-4th gear pull, it spins in 2nd and mid-3rd i can get it to hook and when it did, a huge cloud of white smoke came from the rear of the car. It drive perfectly fine though, could never tell anything happened. I get home and look under and see the driver side sprayed with oil. i mean the header, motor mount, steering shaft, K-member. Something def sprayed oil. im sure its not the valvecover gasket and the oil pan gasket isnt gonna shoot oil upward. and pretty sure its not the dipstick O-ring.

Could the oil cooler actually spray oil out somehow?

car is pretty much a 03-04 cobra just in case.

heres what it looked like when i got under it:

pcv system clogged? did you just change the oil? if you did make sure you didnt pinch the filter gasket, and/or double ring it. (old gasket still on including new one). thats only thing i can think of. thats kinda strange.

yea. i check the oil filter and it was good. it is strange because only thing that could spray oil like this is the dipstick O-ring or the oil cooler. but when you look at the header, the back of the tubes where the dipstick is doesnt have oil on it. and the oil cooler itself wasnt covered in oil.
