I am getting a check engine light. When I use my scan tool, I am getting 2 error codes, P0172/P0175. These mean that both banks are running rich and the PCM is pegged to full lean to counteract. I have gone through the trouble shooting routines in my Ford shop manual and can't come up with anything that is out of spec. The only thing differnt in my specs other than what is in my sig is that I added a 70mm throttle body.
I don't recall seeing anybody else with this supercharger having a problem like this and I searched the archives. The problem doesn't have to be associated with the supercharger, but it does come with a different PCM so I am wondering if anyone else has seen this issue.
Anybody have any ideas? Could it be the MAF sending bad info to the PCM and causing it to provide too much fuel? Could it be too high fuel pressure? Could it be the cats not scrubbing the exhaust? I am at a loss.
Thanks
