I think I remember seeing them in a 50resto magazine.

as for removing the headlight switch basically just stick a flathead screwdriver in the bottom opening slot and twist it a little while pulling towards you. then there are two more screws that mount the panel to the dash up top right above all the gauges.
once you rip that guy off you'll have access to the screws that mount the instrument cluster. it's rather simple.
