Does anyone have any pictures of a 10pt cage in a SN95 with the around the dash option? I have a 8pt from Autoweld chassis in danville,pa, with the around the door panel option, But i see s&w has a 10pt add on that goes around the dash. Trying to find some pictures of it around the dash to see if i like it. Dont like the idea of cutting threw the dash on this car. thanks everyone.

Go thru the Dash

Around the dash in a mustang is not needed. Plenty of room to make it all work.

the only time not to go thru the dash is when you have a car with not enough room to get it thru and make look right.

What to keep the bars as far away from body parts as possible

Definitley thru the dash hands down. depending on who installs it will decide if removing the dash/wndsheild is needed. If its someone who has never done one then yes pulling it would be easier. When my chassis buidler put mine in my 88 he didnt pull dash or windsheild.

Ok im going threw the dash. Can please please post pics of SN95 10 point cages? going to go with S&W cause they are 20mins from me and will custom bend it for same price for me. Curious to see how the 10points fit interior wise so i can see how much i want to customize it. or any cages people have installed, didnt see my in the gallery. thanks

I Would not do a halo.

Two bars by your head go all the way to the floor. Then a bar across the windshield. A lot better fit and stronger.

There are a few other things I would do also but that is getting way carried away.

I would def do it like gray86 said, i believe that is how wolfe's cages are done, the one in the pictures fit good because i made it fit good, believe me, there was a LOT of work to make it fit like that, if i were to do it again, i would def go wolfe, they have install pics on there website.
