Can't remember the name of the company saw it on the powerblock shows a while back but does anybody use them? Are they worth a crap? Do they make sets for specific cars?

Fragola makes both the fittings and the hose for them; others do as well. But be careful. I've yet to find any pushlok hose that is SAE30R9 (or better) rated. I wasted $100 on 300 psig/300F textile braided pushlok hose that allowed the small HC molecules in gasoline to come right through the hose. No liquid leaks mind you. Just the strong smell of gasoline in the garage all the time. I pulled it all out and ran aluminum hard lines with the proper flexible connections on the ends out of the proper SAE30R9 efi rubber hose. No more gasoline smell in the garage.
Yup... braided steel without the Teflon liner will seep HC vapor. When your cars equipped with lots of feet of it, and large diameter, it smells like a damn gas station.
Boy did I learn the hard way..... Kim's right - if the braided line you buy has the PFTE liner, people don't complain about the smell. But go ahead and price that for about 25' --- that's what led me to just fab in the hard lines.
Can't remember the name of it, I'll probably have to go back to look it up. Not really up for fabbing up some hardline or buying some overpriced stuff just to be guessing at it or buying some tools I'll use once
Your thinking is what caused me to go with the flexible line in the first place. Once I got past that, I borrowed a tubing bender and flare from a friend. Only needed to use the bender on 2 tighter radius bends. All the rest was done by hand -- aluminum hard line is pretty easy to shape. If you go the Harbor Freight route -- you'll still spend less on aluminum tubing and the tools than you will on braided line.
x2 on braided line seeping. inside of my car smelled like gas since I had a fuel cell. cheapest route would be to run hardlines like already suggested. I personally have used socketless barb fittings and hose with great results but the price does add up.
1st oil changes and now fuel, whats next? I gotta redo my fuel lines in my stang cause last time it was out we didn't have this lame fuel. I also found out the hard way on my vette. lucky it was only a small piece of line and a couple fittings on that one, but the stang $ down the drain. Still alum line isn't too bad to work with.
I run Russell Twist-lok on my car, been on for over a 1 1/2 years, I don't have any gas smell that I notice when going into garage, maybe I'm lucky...IDK
Powerblock is a waste of time that's all I can say. Don't remember the last time I learned anything on that show. Basically just quick montages of installs with no explanation and heavy product placement in between commercial breaks which want to sell you more products! Better off spending 2 hours on your own trying to figure out things yourself.
edit- and to stay on topic I know what you're talking about but I haven't seen them used at all
I am using it on my fuel system. I am running twin -6 lines from the pump to the rails. One line feeds each side.
