all of my engine pics are worthless as far as showing the VCs. i'll get some soon and post them here so you guys go first:).

Fabricated valve covers I got from summitracing for half price and I kept them stock for a wail then I had them powder coated in a color called translucent red metallic the color kind of changes color some depending on lighting bright sun they sparkle at night they look like blood red . They are very simple to keep clean just soapy water and rinse .

"holy crap! you are running 10.9 n/a on a 306!!! impressive! is it gutted 93 cobra or full trim?"

The NA numbers in the sig are with a holley sm2. This season I switched back to the factory cobra intake, but I've only managed to go 11.18 @ 118 with it. Car is 3100 lbs with driver. If you want details, PM me. Mark

You can buy adapters that convert the windsor heads to the FE bolt pattern. Here is a link to a place that sells them,

http://home.comcast.net/~superhart/vcadapter.htm

I have not started this engine yet, so I cannot tell you if they leak, and that is my major concern with these, but I like the look of the FE valve covers so I am giving them a try, of course you can now buy similar valve covers that bolt directly to windsor heads.

Good Luck
