Edit: Update 8-31-10
Just came off the dyno doing some 8psi pulls and ended up with 390/460 on the dyno packs. Just for reference, this was through full exhaust and flow masters which do eat up hp on turbo cars. Overall we are happy as this is just a stock 5.0 motor, stock heads, with a upper/lower and e cam. We could have gotten a little more aggressive and made a little more power but this is a street car and want to keep it together. Also being that its a 90 degree day, that still will rob a little power as well.
In addition to the kits now, we will also offer a mail-order tune with these kits for $189. Any questions let us know, kits are stocked and ready to ship

Some people know we have been working on an sn 5.0 kit for some time now. A few things came up during this design process and slowed the progress. Everything has been back on track and finally putting the last touches on the kit before we put everything into production. We are going to be releasing the setup within 6-7 weeks from today.
We started the initial design on a 94 Cobra and finished up the test fitting on a friends 95 GT. You will see the headers on this setup are stainless we will do the final production kits in mild steel. Then the intercooler tubing and from turbo back will all be 304 3mm wall stainless. My friends car we bolted the pre-production kit on wanted stainless so we did the kit completely out of stainless for him. There are a lot of kits out there requiring to relocate certain items, make new brake lines, modify pipes, etc.
That will not be the case with our new Sn 94-95 5.0 kit, the abs unit will stay in the stock location, cobra’s will not lose their oil cooler, and its just a nice bolt on system. Our header flanges are cut from ½” plate, primaries are 1 5/8” and been proven already to put some fox 5.0 cars into the 8’s. From the compressor to the intercooler we ran 2.5” tubing and 3” from intercooler to throttle body. Then out of the exhaust housing we have 3” all the way to your existing catback. Also instead of just trying to make the downpipe like the fox cars, we made it in 3 sections to allow for more adjustment as well. This allowed us to keep the stock location on the firewall for the dryer and guys wanting to keep a/c will be able to do so. Then before going into the catback, we designed a y-pipe with a built in cutout. Made it really easy so you can throw an electric cutout on there or just run a block-off plate and uncap it manually for a visit to the track.
We were able to build the setup around all accessories and the only thing we ditched was the smog pump. So A/C will remain on the car, power steering, power brakes, it will all be stay if you choose.
Here are some of the photos of the parts layed out and a few on the test car. I know its dark and the photos on the GT are small. It was in small garage and taken just with my cell phone. We will add things to this thread as the build make more headway and if there are any updates with the build or the turbo system
Ill have more photos to share shortly, this is all that I could take as the car was just up on jackstands at a friends house where the car was parked
