This winter a navi engine is going into my 99 auto gt and some juice(100 shot) on top of that. What part of this auto will break 1st?

With an auto, I would think the stock Traction Loc will start slipping first. If you get a good stall convertor, shift kit(J-mod) and a tranny cooler, it would be able to take a little bit more punishment. You would have to be running some serious amount of power and getting great traction to start demolishing the gears in the tranny.

I would say that the TQ convertor will start to slip. It's not going to like locking up with that much torque.
J-mod, B&M cooler, new stall...might last for a while.
If really worried about my tranny putting down 330rwhp, I can't imagine being in your shoes.
