Amature Self Built and ported 01 Cobra motor with 9.1 compression.

Vortech S trim with 3.33 pulley and power pipe
Self Ported Heads
Ported Intake
Stock Cams
JBA Headers
55# Injectors
Aluminum Flywheel

11.1 Air Fuel ratio using two 255 pumps...one intank on BAP , one inline, still at 14 degrees timing

555 RWHP 465 TQ at 6800 RPMS.

Not bad for stock cams and a medium pulley.

I don’t know how much, boost because it revs so fast or the tires break and I have to shift quickly to avoid the rev limiter and can’t seem to catch my eye on the boost gauge. I know that its low enough the stock bypass is handling it and that im only using a 3.33 pulley. I personally think its probably around 12-13# because of the porting…I will try to see this weekend or have a passenger watch the gauge. I had thought about going down to a 3.12, but my intake temperatures were getting too hot (220 degrees). I can say that it was still climbing at 6800 before we overspun the dyno from my 3.27 gears. Jerry W. from fordchip and Chris Johnson from JMS worked together on my tune and both believed with some race gas and a larger fuel line they could get over 600 RWHP as it sits on the 3.33 pulley.

I don’t think im going to try for more because of the upgrades I need to support it like trans, axel, and fuel stuff. It’s a street car so im going to enjoy it for now. To add timing I really need to add an innercooler. There was mention from Jerry W. that with the innercooler he could bump timing to 20 degrees and get even more power out on pump gas and that it would be ok them to slap on a smaller pulley.

I will be at Bowling Green NMRA finals in the show section if anyone wants to stop by and say hi. I will also post up the dyno graph as soon as I get it from KenB over at the Modular Depot.
