i have a 1990 vert. on slicks it ran 14.2 @94 on street tires it went 14.99 100 mph . this is with a 125 shot with no bottle warmer or anything., so i know that i am not getting the full shot.
na the car ran 15.01 @ 92 on slicks and 15.3 @93 with street tires

 

with just heads and cam and bolt ons i went 11.7 with a 150 dry shot

 

just so everyone knows, I went 14.1@102 with a 100 shot and a 2.4 60ft...

when my car was stock with only exhaust and a 150 h.p dry kit i went from 14.6 @96 to 13.3@107

 

91 LX with flowmaster catback system, 3.73's and 100 shot I went 12.77 on slicks.

 

88 GT.. shorties, no cats, H-pipe... 14.6 NA .. With 100 shot wet kit, 13.3@106 with a 2.20 60 ft. .. These were times were made last week in the NC heat and humidity and with drag radials..

Way back when my 1990 had exhaust, gears and pulleys it would go 13.20 @ 102mph on slicks. With a 175hp Compucar shot of NOS it skipped the 12's and went 11.79 @ 117mph! I have been hooked on the juice ever since.

I had an 86gt w/gt40 intake headers,flows,4.10gears,c-4trans and a 100 shot, on motor it went 14.2 1/4, and on the juice it went 12.45. and I also had a 93gt that went 13.55 on motor w/ edelbrock intake,70mmtb,b-303 cam,full exaust,3.73gears and on a 100hp hit it went 12.01@114 and 11.82@116mph on a 150shot! and thats with stock heads,block,converters, fully loaded!

 

with 3.73, pulleys, hpipe, AOD with shift kit, 150 wet kit, car went 12.72 and a best of 114 mph. The car was running 14.2 at 98 mph n/a.

 

My 91 LX auto went 15.20 at 93 with a 2.3 60', it had a h pipe and a cat back. after installing a 150 shot (wet) and 26/10.5 et drags it went 12.60's at 105 to 107 with 1.66 60' all day long!!!

on my 97 GT I went from running 14.20's to 12.0's@113 with the Compucar- Bag-O-Nitrous on my 97 GT see my sig for the mods BTW it is a 5 speed

 

13.5 @ 104 in an 88 Coupe with bolt ons, gears, and a 75 shot. And thats in bad air. And with a bad driver.

my friends 89 lx vert, stock went 13.7, on a 150 shot he goes consistent 12.9's w/ a best of 12.88

 

a '90 GT that we used to campaign went 11's with a 150 shot.

stock motor
4.10's, shift kit, stock convertor, headers, exhaust and street tires.

It's not whatcha got it's how you drive it.

 

86 GT AOD with 4.10s, pulleys, exhaust (off-road pipe, 2.5 flowmasters, 1 5/8 headers), megabite jrs, went 9.00s on radials in 1/8 mile naturally aspirated. With NX EFI kit 100 shot on old slicks 26 by 10s it went 7.60s in 1/8 mile, eventually went 11.80s in 1/4 28 by 10.5s.

 

if your setup is right and if everything go'd right you should easly break a 13

 

I have a 89 ex patrol car, with 3:73 gears, off road h pipe and headers, 150shot of nos on slicks I ran a 12.1

 

89 LX w/ a completely stock 302 w/ an E cam & 5spd went 13.80@97 on 275/50 BFG drag radial. With an NOS dry kit w/ 75 jets it went 12.80@105. With the addition of a Perf. RPM intake 65mm T/B, 24lb injectors, 255pump and NOS inline pump it has been a best of 12.29@109 w/ a 1.65 60ft...still 75 jets. I'll take over a second and a half and 12 mph for $600.

 

With the stock motor my car was doin 12.4's @110 on the 100 shot. New motor with about a 175 shot im hoping for some descent 11's. The best d/a my car has seen is about 4500.

 

Stock long block coupe stock from intake to oil pan full exhaust no headers or weight reduction etc went 11.8 on a 200 shot.

 

What gear and trans?

 

Kind of an old thread here but now that it has been brought up for discussion I went 8.1@87.9 1/8th mile on a 75 shot in my mostly stock 88.
