Bolt up? no. You need to swap K-member and depending on the year change out the crossmember. 4.6L transmissions use a different block bolt pattern than the 302, so you won't be able to use the transmission.
If you swap in a 94-95 K-member, you will also need to swap to the 94-95 spindles to avoid excessive bumpsteer since the steering rack location is higher on those K-members. Those spindles are going for ~ $500/pair these days.
If you are doing an aftermarket suspension then it's all moot, but if you are looking for cheapest method possible I would seek out a 94-95 car.
