Posting for a friend who put a 94 or 95 motor,harness,and the whole works in a 60 something Falcon. He is having trouble getting it started. Fuel presure ok,spark ok,and juice to all sensors don't know much about the newer stangs. Where should I have him start does the car or the computer have a anti theft device I'm lost don't know where to start please help.

No that wont work, you need a adapter harness to make that work, which also requires you to use a different fan controller and a sensor in the engine (want to say MAP or BAP but cant remember).
Whats a dizzy connection? I haven't looked at the car myself will do so next week. The safty fuel cut off switch if that wasn't hooked up he wouldn't get fuel pressure at all right he has fuel pressure don't know how far up but he has pressure. I have a cheap code reader that I used on my 86 when it still had the 302 EFI in it would that be any help to hook it up or will it hook up at all?
Hook the code reader and pull the codes with the key on and engine off. If anything is not connected you may get the codes for it. I bet it's the fuel pump not getting power.
