Wow, that is unusual...really.....

Harold is busy as hell right now, and I'm not making excuses for him....he is trying to put something REALLY cool together, its a little hush-hush right now.....

Call him toward the evening hours, that is usually when I get him......Keep trying, you'll be glad you did once you get to talk with him!

I called about 2 weeks ago, no problems, super friendly... I've heard nothing but good stuff about them and am anxiously awaiting my HP pipe, which should be here some time next week. ::joy::

 

I have talked to Harold over the phone a few times, regarding my Horsepower pipe, and every time I leave him a message he has returned my call very quickly. Even though I have not yet recieved my pipe I have recieved more then expected in the customer service department. I have dealt with alot of companies in the automotive industry and have been VERY pleased with Morpheus and Harold at there shop. If the product is even half as good as the customer service, then this will be the best power pipe ever built.

Harold is a good guy and they do have great customer service. I am also waiting for my pipe that I ordered on the 27th of March. To be fair to Harold he has kept in touch with me and I understand there was a problem with the Jet Hot Company he uses so although I have been waiting a long time I have faith in Harold and hope to see my pipe soon.

You are gonna love your new tune if you have never had it done by them before.

Im in the same boat as you .I got a retune coming up by fordchip and i need mine but at this point im not worried either.

Actually, I recently saw a AFM one up close, and the Morpheus Pipe IS $100 cheaper AND fits better!

 

Got mine on order too. I think I'm going on 4 weeks but, I'm not in a total hurry like some of you guys. I need to call tomorrow for an update.

 

I got thru to him and placed my order He said he had been really busy and explained the coating problems, he handled my questions well.

Ordered one today. He said he should have a batch to him by Tuesday from the coater.

 

I ordered mine a month ago. I spoke to Harold at the begining of the week, and he said it will be here tomorrow. I can't wait

 

Hopefully mine will be in this batch as well... The only thing keeping my car off the road is the powerpipe! My Fordchip came in the mail today!

I just ordered mine yesterday. He said the new batch was do in tuesday or wednesday. Great guy to talk to. I may even order a new mass air threw them.
