I am thinking of lowering my 91 lx an inch to improve the handing and looks.
Be
HONEST. Do you want LOOKS **or** HANDLING?????
For handling, drop the car ~3/4" and go with Buillitt Springs (600 lbs) or stiffer. Do NOT drop the Stang more than 1". And, you need a spring rate of at LEAST 600lbs. And, yes, in *reality* the car will be harsher on bad roads.
For LOOKS, do what the **** you want.

In
reality, if you go more than an 1" drop, the car will
handle and ride like cr*p compared to stock GT. But, you can have many ricers back you up on saying the car handles like it's on rails and has a better ride than a Caddy. However, *anyone* that has a clue, will be
laughing their *ss off at those claims.
Do a search on
o my name
o ricer springs
You'll find many posts by me. And, you'll find many ricers posting their view. But notice, other then their "calibrated butt-o-meter" and their grade-school physics, they can't provide any reasons or proof behind their claims.
