My 2 cents. Plugs.....NGK, Nips, autolite, motorcraft another words anything that is not bosch. As for cap/rotor, stay away form checker, autozone,Kragen, etc.. and buy the better brass contact cap and rotor and you will do fine:)

I am leaning towards Autolite copper core but I don't know what ones. I have read of people using the 3923's and 3924's but are they copper?
I read on the forms to use copper...
I would also like to know of a good brand of cap and rotor to buy

plugs: I use autolite 3924 for TW heads and 12psi. I know KB reccomends copper, gapped @ 35 thous. I gap @ 33 to make them last a little longer. Definitely change em 10-15,000 mi. max. I have almost stock ign. and when the plugs wear away the boost blows the spark out, runs terrible. KB says 1 heat range colder than stock. DO NOT buy platinum plugs.
cap: brass terminals is what to look for, MSD's is nice(red) but more$$

Thanks, went out and bought 3923's and found out they are copper, I like the looks of the MSD cap also, think thats what I will go with.

3924's and a Motorcraft cap and rotor with stock wires.
Near 400rwhp and 10-11psi with no spark blowout or ignition problems with an MSD6AL.

any of you guys using a different distributor or upgraded ignition system. also is there a certain pvc that can be used to prevent crankcase pressurization or whatever it is that makes oil come out the dipstick and also what about the oil filler neck on the valvecovers, does it really have to be connected to the throttle body? sorry to highjack this man's thread, but they seem like preventative maintenance type questions.
