Does anybody make molded rubber gaskets for the intake manifolds, as opposed to cork? Checked with Fel-Pro and Cometic (and Google in general) but it seems like the only offering is cork.

Ford used, literally, millions of the silcone end seals like in the linked gasket set. If you have a set, use them. You will still need RTV at the corners. If you don't have a set, use the RTV like stated.
The best way is throw away the end gaskets and use silicone. What do you think the Felpro china wall gaskets are made of? Use the Right Stuff. Will never even weep oil if done correctly.
Also keep in mind the required thickness of said gasket changes. Different heads, manifold , block or any machine work can effect that.
