Hey all, was wanting to know if anyone running the Pro-M efi is having issues fouling 02 sensors constantly? I have the recommended Innovate DLG-1 matched with the Bosch 17025 02 Sensors. When they work, they seem to work good, but I am fouling them every few months, talking about 500 miles max on them. Is anyone else having issues?
My setup is forced induction via Vortech blower, and I am running a set of 1.75" long tubes. The car runs usually really good, but out of nowhere these 02 sensors will spike to 22.4 and thats all she wrote. Im tired of replacing 02 sensors, my motor is pretty sound, does have a very minimal amount of blow by, and no exhaust leaks.
The sensors are a little black when pulled but I really dont consider it extreme compared to something with higher mileage. I even recently tried the Innovate 02 heat sink bung extenders, 02's lasted about 5 minutes and done. Something is not right or these sensors are crap. Im just at a loss here on figuring out why they keep doing this. Im considering switching to the AEM wideband setup, but not sure if they will work with the Pro-M sytem. Of course researching this on the interweb has gotten me more confused than anything because tons of articles say Innovate and bosch are junk, and then next mass of articles will say they are the best on the market.
Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Ash
