It would have been nice to know off OSU but they have a lot of speed and Purdue couldn't match that.

One a sadder note, did you guys here about that murder-suicide in Carmel on Friday? The girl that was killed was someone I had dated about 4 years ago for almost 8 months. Haven't seen here in about 3 years but it is still a shock to hear something like that happen to someone you know. See went on the cruise we all took down to that car show in Washington if you remember back that far. Say a prayer for her family....thanks.

I bet 10:1 she decided she didn't want to get married. He probably couldn't handle the potential embarassment.

I know what you mean fred. A girl I dated when I left for the service and dated while I was going thru boot camp. About a year or so. She was killed by a 6 state serial killer that was a truck driver. Her murder was unsolved for many years. In a plea deal the guy stated all the people he killed and kept a momento of each one. He had the necklace I gave to her. Her mom killed herself do all the years of anxiety 6 months before the killer admitted to it. I actually was contacted by the FBI when I was based in california. When the murder first happened because they question any guy who dated her. For the longest time I thought this guy she dated off and on was the guy who killed her. He had motive, opportunity, and access to her store when it was closed. It was her boss who was general manager. Strange thing the detective on the case and the FBI had no knowledge of him. Although most of the employees knew about their affair. He kept promising her he would leave his wife and I know a few times she threaten to tell his wife.

Maybe the N20 intercooling might be better.
Yeah, I was thinking I should have put a baby shot on their for "cooling" reasons. Just a 30 shot would have helped a ton.

You would have some amazing self control. Because the power would be addicting. Soon you would be like a crack addict wanting a bigger pill with MO' POWA'

Yeah, I already want MO POWA! Low boost is already too slow.

I loved that car as well. Everytime I saw it I would tell Rach that I wanted it. I think it was a 90 notch with Capri fenders and an 80 front end.

We were standing in front of Hobby Lobby!

Well, Pup sounds like you were pretty lucky.

Alright, if anyone is interested in hanging out tomorrow night, I am heading to IRP right after work. The weather should be excellent.

Bob - are you in town?

I'll probably go since I didn't go to BG. I can be your jumper man before you make your run at the line. That way you get the coolest charge possible.

yay for midterms!!!!:blam:
i start my job tomorrow, woohoo! I can't wait to have atleast some expendable money again. Most likely i'll be taking the gf to different cities on the weekends when I can. The Cobra is pretty much done besides installing the subframes, alignment, and tune. :salute:
Next year i'll just have fun racing it at events... probably going to leave it on street tires until they wear out and go with a more aggressive street tire that I could road course with too. It wont be great at anything but be well rounded. -could drive it anywhere, can drive in rain, reliable, could drag race, could road course, A/C, etc. After watching people at BG struggle with their cars all weekend it reminded me of what I don't want, at least for now.

Some friends of ours in the Sheriff's Dept. forwarded this message asking to spread the word.

BEWARE OF PAPER IN THE BACK WINDOW OF YOUR VEHICLE
NEW WAY TO DO CAR JACKINGS
(NOT A JOKE)
Heads up everyone! Please, keep this circulating..
You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside.
You start the engine and shift into Reverse
When you look into the rearview mirror to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper stuck to the middle of the rear window. So, you shift into Park, unlock your doors, and jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is obstructing your view.
When you reach the back of your car, that is when the car jackers appear out of nowhere, jump into your ca r and take off.
They practically mow you down as they speed off in your car.
And guess what, ladies? I bet your purse is still in the car.
So now the carjacker has your car, your home address, your money, and your keys. Your home and your whole identity are now compromised!
BEWARE OF THIS NEW SCHEME THAT IS
NOW BEING USED....
If you see a piece of paper stuck to your back window, just drive away.
Remove the paper later. And be thankful that you read this e-mail.
I hope you will forward this to friends and family, especially to women.
A purse contains all kinds of personal information and identification documents, and you certainly do NOT want this to fall into the wrong hands.
