fuel injected fuel pressure? 331 stroker

I have a 331 stroker with 9.5 to 1 compression and my computer code reads running lean(41 and 91). I have 30 # injectors and t-rex pump with 155 intanks. I have set the fuel pressure at 39 with the vacuum off. Where would be the best setting to start. Timing is at 18 degrees initial. Any advice would be nice. Thanks

First off, are your O2 sensors GOOD?

Perhaps try 42 or 43psi

Yeah they should be good. They only have about 2,,000 miles on them. They did suffer through four cracked pistons and a blown head gasket that allowed radiator fluid through the exhaust. Can radiator fluid be harmful the the 02 sensors.

Antifreeze can EASILY foul an O2 sensor
Replace them

As for your original question
I run 30# injectors on my 331 and set the fuel pressure @ 39 psi w/vacuum line off

I made 330rwhp and 360 rwtq with my 331 running 39 psi (vacuum disconnected), 24lb injectors and tuned through EEC tuner. A/f ratio was 12.8:1 across board and O2 were roughly two years old.

When I first fired up my current motor and was tuning I had exact same codes, tighten exhaust and they went away.

i am running about 38#'s of F/P with 42# injectors 255intank and an inline ~500RWHP, no issues

Yep, I'd say you need to replace those sensors, antifreeze is hard on them. You should be able to run close to stock fp.
