These heads have been discontinued and replaced by the x306/307 (or something like that). Question about the x302/303 heads. They were sold as 302 and 351 heads. So, do they have 1/2 inch head bolt holes for the 351? Would they have used stepped bolts on the 302 crate engines with these heads?

M6049x302 (bare head) and M6049x303 (complete head) In FRPP catalogue, GT-40X Xtra perforamnce "turbo swirl" aluminum cylinder heads.

Improved air flow over original GT40 aluminum heads
Intake flow approximatly 250 cfm at 28"
exhaust flows apporximatly 170 cfm
machined for 1.94" intake and 1.54" exhaust
etc..

Note 2, must use head bolt kit M6065B289 to use heads on 289/302 blocks

kit features 10 cylinder head washer faced bolts with 7/16 diameter thread to service one head.

Ie they used stepped bolts, shaft was 1/2" bolts were stepped down to 7/16" thread.
