I want to get dumps on my 88 gt and i was wondering if anyone knew the law in nc if i can do this or not. If it helps i live in Lenoir, NC. I dont know the rules about that stuff
. I know that they do emissions on 94 or 96 and newer but i didnt know if anything would apply to my 88 or not.....
And what type of dumps would sound the best that are quiet while at idle and are loud when i get into the throttle.
