Will a 340lph be enough for 500rwhp on e85 with 60lb injectors and stock rails/lines? Car has gt40p heads/intake and a on3 turbo. Pump with be a granetelli or aermotive stealth

In theory, you could support 500 on 42#ers on regular fuel, but E85 is another ballgame. Think double your fuel requirements and a fraction of the MPG. Not that any of us looking for big power have delusions of MPG, but E85 is highly inefficient.

I don't think the stock lines and rails will support the fuel flow needed to support 500rwhp on E85. I would run a 8an feed for that.

Check out the table about half way down on injector sizing. Pre Tune Information / EFIDynoTuning

I am going for around or just over 500 on my stock block 306. I am going to use an on3 kit with e85. AEM has a series of e85 specific 340 lph pumps. Deatschwerks makes e85 specific injectors. I am going to go with the 78s. I was planning on using RC 750s but RC advises against use of ethanol. I am pretty much going off of that table and what my tuner says.

Good luck
