Has anyone installed a DMP SpeedCal on a car with a 3650 tranny? I tried to install mine a few minutes ago, and the connectors are all wrong.
I looked at the website, and they show only one model and designate its use for 96-01 Mustangs.
I'm going to call them in the morning, but I was wondering if anyone else has run into this problem, and what they did.

Thanks,

Installed the SpeedCal in my '01 GT with 3650. It works fine.
It did take a little while to get the pins out of the connector.
Are you sure that you are working with the speedometer connector?

The SpeedCal works on all current model Mustangs. What specifically is the problem. The SpeedCal is furnished with the 4 pin connectors but 2 of them are plugged so the used contacts are still 2 pins. You remove the car harness backshell and put that on the SpeedCal. The take the supplied connector shell and put that on the car harness. Drop me a line if its still not clear.

TriBlkCobra - It is possible I was looking at the wrong connector, I am going to look at it again tonight. I'll message you if I have any problems.

360 Notch for ur LS1 - I am putting 4:30:1's in my 01 Cobra with the 3650 tranny. Aside from a chip, I don't know of any other way to correct the speedo issue. In addition I like the idea of being able to change the calibration without a re-burn.

Thanks,
Eric

Silver_Stang, that is about all I can think of. The connector is on the drivers side and I think just above the crossmember. It is a two pin connector with socket contacts in the car harness. Drop me a line if you need more help.
