Clear side markers and quality?

I want to put clear side markers on my 94GT, personally I think that they just make the car look cleaner. What are some good ones, that fit well, look good, and where did you get them. Also same goes for white face gauges.

I got the clear corners (and headlamps) from procarparts.com and they don't fit quite right. There's a small gap at the top between the lens and the fender. Both sides don't fit as well as the factory ones and the car has never been in an accident. I'm the first owner so there's no question about that. But still, they look a lot better than my old factory lamps which were turning yellow. I took pics and posted them at: http://home.hawaii.rr.com/bigelow/headlights.htm

Also, I ordered a set of the Xenon opti-blue 9007 bulbs from procarparts.com and when I got them, 1 was defective. I e-mailed them twice with no response yet. I e-mailed them the day I got them which was over a week ago and nothing. I've tried calling on the phone daily, but all I ever get is a busy signal. I'm not sure if they're going to correct the situation or just ignore me.

Now I'm going to sell the main headlamp assemblies and get these: http://www.cal-mustang.com/cm_able/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Product_ID=4275&CATID=20&CM_SA=0

I guess my new clear lamps are on their way to eBay!

I bought mine from a Ford Racing dealer 2 years ago for my old white 97 GT. It looked perfect on a white car. When I got the red 94 I transplanted them over and they look cool too, mine have black rubber trim still intact over 2 years old, and the install and finish is just like factory. Sorry but I can't recall where I got them.

I got a set of the clear corners, not the diamond clears (clear like headlamps), about 2 years ago. Within 3 months the rubber was cracked and dried out and plain ugly. I don't remember what company I got them from, but I hear this is pretty common.

I got the APC diamond cut clear corners. They weren't on a month and the black rubber strip started pulling away from the lense. Now it 6 months later and now there dry rotted. Guess I can't win? So I'd stay away from APC.

Let's face it, the clear corners are out and out garbage. This is both from an optic standpoint as well as a quality standpoint. Some places are outlawing them as they don't meet lighting requirements unless a proper colored bulb is installed and operational. Save your money.
The ones I had did not require a bulb change as my car already had amber bulbs (not sure about other years).

The only reason I could have been ticketed for them was the fact that they did not contain a reflector piece. They were definitely bright enough to see when using the turn signal or had the running lights on.

I retained my amber bulbs and they still look yellow from the outside, during the day. At night you could never tell that the reflector is clear. And turn signals are very obvious that they are yellow. 3 years and never been bothered once by anyone over mine. Of course, they fit well and are holding up, so I can't complain.

Buy them from www.abcexclusive.com

They have a great fit and are a high quality product. I've had them on for a long time now and they still look great. Nothing has worn down at all.

Plus they only cost $36.95 plus $15.00 shipping.

Definately worth it, they make the car look much better.

Are these CLEAR or just that 'frosted' color? Clear would be as in Cobra Headlamp clear, or 'frosted' color like the stock corners. I do not want the see through clear ones.
