You will want to pretty decent amount of duration because the valves are small. Probably want a tight 108-110 LSA too. I'm not a camshaft guru but it makes sense.

I filled out forms they don't give any info til order is placed but I'd like to know what I'm ordering first. I plan on ordering a kit though just trying to make sure I'm getting right cam first time.

I mean I wanna be competitive for sure I wanna be a part of it and would love to take a 302 and hurt some feelings.

 

The real question is whether you want to show up for the class and have fun or do you want to compete and try to win it? The have fun answer is completely different from the try to win it answer.

It's a Mopar vs Brand X event which I enjoy doing its for fun actually but I just like to be somewhat of a challenge if it does well I may participate in other events

If you fill out the custom cam order form fully and honestly, there should be no need for further information to give. Most places are helpful once there is an order, they are used to people trying to get free help without paying for anything, and then buying an OTS cam elsewhere. So find a cam designer you are comfortable with or is well recommended, and then commit to them and let them help you.
