Are any of the cheaper aluminum heads worth purchasing?

I was going to put a set of P heads on my 88 GT use only on the street as a cruiser but the deal fell through on them. I am now looking for a set of heads. I have been doing a bit of reading on the cheaper aluminum heads but just didn't come to any conclusions if they were good to purchase or not.
Looked at these 3

I will be running a stock 302 block, explorer intake, stock cam with 1.7's, full exhaust, 5spd.
Any advice on head purchase would be great, are the 190cc heads to large for a stock bottom end? If anyone is selling a nice set of used heads please message me also.

From what I understand the promaxx are decent. I’d like to see what the new as cast Afr heads are like, assuming anybody ever gets their hands on some.

All I can comment on is my current situation with the flotek heads. This last spring I had an issue with the stock heads being warped. I was in the process of building a new motor for the car but needed it to be on the road as I planned on doing power tour etc so was in a bind. So I went with the flotek heads to put on a stock 302. This was a flat tappet motor with a carb. The flotek heads are only good to like .500 lift out of the box and the stock cam is way under that. I purchased them and they worked well, I didnt have any issues the entire year and put about 2500 miles on the car with them.
I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of them but I will say they arent going to make power like the other good heads out there. And would need Springs upgraded for a roller cam motor. They did give my car a little pep over factory heads and it ran about 5 degrees cooler as well, but it wasnt a Huge noticeable different in performance.

with that being said I also would sell these heads as I wont be using them on the new motor. I have some stamped stud mount roller rockers, pushrods etc for them that would go along with if youre interested.

AFR165's right out of the box bolted to a refreshed stock block, stock cam 5.0 gained a 100 horsepower. Afr's or twisted wedge heads are the only way to go. Cheaper heads need guide work and sometimes a valve job before you can use them. Edelbrock e heads are good to but are priced close the the afr's. Remember, cheaper really means that you will have to pay more later later

I bought the floteks for the fact they were cheapest amd I didnt find a whole lot of negatives about them. I took the chance and spent I believe like $750 with a discount code they had. Its also good to note the Edelbrock e street stuff is the same type of head, china casting and valvesprings only good for lower lift cams or flat tappet.

Head, cam, intake. No, 180cc isn’t too big - not even close.

Look at ls engines, they have 4.8L engines that came with 200cc cylinder heads. The whole thinking you need a small port to make low end torque is BS.

Thanks for all of your suggestions, I looked into the AFR renegade series and that may be the way to go. Just a little over $1000 for both heads assembled sounds ok to me.
Anyone else have any experience with these?

You linked to the Enforcer heads but called them the Renegade series. Two different animals.
