I believe the 99-04 is under the dash by the fuse box.

Are you looking for the PATS key reader receiver module? If so it's in the steering column.

If you are looking for where the "brains" of PATS is, for the 1999-2004 model year it's in the cluster AND the PCM.

I had a mechanic look in my 2000 Ford mustang GT and he cut the pigtails off the transceiver and I don't know how to wire it up does anybody have a wire diagram on how it goes together. I had lost my keys and I bought a transponder key online does anyone know how to program it
