The input shaft is stock on those, no 4r70w input shaft will slide out. Not to worry they are not prone to breakage you were thinking of an aod.
The converter is likely a level10 unit and by the pump angle I can see from the outside I would guess stall to be 3200-3500.

Just to help with a little more information: this transmission and associated parts came out of a '97 GT that has a Lightning engine it. The car was obviously set up for some serious drag racing, but the previous owner ran out of funds before completing the project. That's right, no O/D. I'm not sure the brand on the Valvebody, all I know is that it's manual.
