Stumbled on this lil nugget while searching for stuff on the interwebs and while it may work on an M series I dunno if it'll fit a Cleveland or not but is good food for thought. I hope I don't break any protocols by linking from another forum, but hey you find stuff where you can eh??

I have a 400 in my '79 Bronco that I injected using Fox EFI and some upgrades (EDIS8, Contour fans). I looked into running serpentine, but for the 4WD application the V-belt is quite reliable. In a Fox installation however, as it looks like you've done, serpentine sounds much more appealing. I did see that there's a company called CVF, Eddie Motorports, Concept One and even March Performance make kits for the Cleveland engines. The one thing they do not do is allow use of the existing accessories.

The OEM front dress parts are the ideal for whatever accessories you can run. I prefer the later and more common accessories. The 302 Explorers are the latest 302's and those parts are among the most common now. I'm hoping I can find a water pump pulley that will easily bolt to the Cleveland WP, the one reverse rotation version. If something like a mid 80's V6 WP will bolt on and is easy to line up to match a Fox 302 Mustang crank pulley, the rest would be simple. I want to make a spacer for each accessory bracket, which are three bolts to each head. If the WP and crank pulleys are manageable, then two spacers would be no problem. The brackets line up all accessories except the crank and WP, which means the spacers have to be the right thickness for those two.

This eBay WP pulley is what I wonder about fitting the Cleveland WP; Water Pump Pulley 3.8L V6 1996 1997 Thunderbird LX Cougar XR7 | eBay
