1998 Gt Alternator good, battery good, think fuse good. Alterator won't charge

The alternate tested good as well as the battery. Which fuse is for the alternator? What else could cause the alternator to not charge. I can drive my car a few miles then it dies.

There isn't a fuse at the alternator. There are fusible links in the main feed but one of the smaller wires may be tied to a fuse. Do you have 12v at the main feed at the alternator? Check out the diagram I posted here. You can verify voltage at each terminal.
