Can someone post the contact information for Freezy?

if you have enough cash and intend to do more mods soon go with 42s (more head room to grow). dont forget an ignition box 6, 6a.....

C&l runs just fine on my supercharged 91. Their is a lot of supercharged cars here on corral running C&L with no problems.

Thanks for the advice. I guess everyone has their own opinions. I'm glad to hear that they aren't bad. I think I'm buying a Pro M 76mm from here. Any experience with these?

I used to run a C&L 76mm N/A. It worked a lot better than the Pro M 75 mm I had before it. However, this was about 11 years ago.

Just saw you posted "Pro m" 76mm. Did you mean C&L?

As far as cam selection, I agree with everyone else on a custom. Man, you just can't beat the performance you get out of one for the money, and all the guesswork is taken out of equation.

If I hadn't bought my car with the Ecam in it, it wouldn't be there. I used to run an FTI custom grind in my N/A 91'. I remember getting the cam card and thinking the specs were totaly different from what I would have chosen. That was a good lesson.

How much are these custom cams running in price? On average?

Can't speak for anyone else, but my FTI back then was 325. Any good off the shelf roller cam is going to be 2-300 anyway I'm sure.

AFM cams are supposed to be pretty good and may be a tad bit less than custom.

Another question I have. I have a 190lph fuel pump. Will that handle the setup from above with 42lb injectors??

if you had a T-rex i would say yeah, sure... if not, i would be sure to put a 255 lph in there.

Walbro GS340 255lph high pressure.

I don't want to take any chances so I will go with the 255.

Good idea. It's cheap insurance, around $100, and will support a good deal of rwhp.

I make 520 rwhp with only a GS340. No external pumps.

Only thing that breaks my heart is that not even 3 weeks ago I put the 190 in. I should have just gone with the 255 in the beginning. I listened to someone who said too much pump could hurt. Dam it, oh well. It doesn't take that long to change.

Yes that sucks. I don't know what the rationale was thinking a bigger pump will hurt. Fox bodies utilize a return fuel system, so anything not used by the injectors is simply routed back to the tank. Nothing is wasted and there is no harm to other parts.

Just don't do what I did one time. Somehow I left one of the four bolts holding the fuel rails loose. After driving about 30 miles, I smelled gas. Popped the hood and saw one of the injectors had worked loose at the top and was dumping fuel. Having a 255lph high pressure pump, it pumped so much fuel out, so fast, it was a huge mess! Lost a full tank of gas before I knew it. I wish I had the stock 88lph at that point!

Yeah, that would definitely suck. I just ordered the 255 so everything should be fine.

Did you order the Walbro GS340 specifically?

yeah, IMO the first mod that should be done to a fox body is a 255 in tank! everything else can go from there.

So I finally got it running. I have 42FMS injectors with a 75mm MAF. I have a BBK 70mm TB and EGR spacer. I'm running the Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold. I still have stock heads and bottom end. I can tell that it isnt running as good as could be. I definitely need to get it tuned. I have the FMU hooked up currently just so I can run the engine for now. I want to ditch the FMU after I get it tuned. I didn't get to change the cam out yet.
