SYSTEMAX II Intake Owners IN HERE PLEASE!

Couple of questions.
Just got my new Systemax

How the F do you get the front right bolt in on the upper intake. I can't seem to squeze the 1.5 inch bolt into the 1. inch opening. Did anyone have to grind on the upper to get that bolt to slide in there. Did anyone just put an all thread stud in that spot and use a nut?

Second, did you use any thread sealer for the pipe plug on the under side of the upper intake and the pcv screw in piece.

You use the stud for that hole. You should also use thread sealer on the fuel rail bolts that protrude into the runner.

Yeah I used the studs on the hole under the neck (TB area) of the intake and the left front hole. A crows foot is very handy for the front one, but isnt necessary. Dave.
